モーニングサークルでヨガを始めました。ヨガには姿勢の改善、身体能力のアップ、集中力アップ、身体の柔軟性を促進、自律神経が整うなどいろんな効果があります。みんな楽しんで取り組んでいます。
We started yoga lesson in the morning circle. Yoga has various effects such as improving posture, improving physical ability, improving concentration, promoting physical flexibility, and adjusting autonomic nerves. Everyone is having fun working on it.
