Making Rice Cakes

今日はみんなが大好きなイベントの一つ　オルタナ交流会で”もちつき”をしました。
納豆もち、きな粉もち、のり巻き、砂糖醤油もちなどにして食べました。
杵と臼を使ってみんなでぺったん、ぺったんとついたお餅は、コシがあってとっても美味しかったです。
今回もオルタナスタッフ＆メンバー、そして保護者の皆様のお陰で素敵な体験をすることができました。

Today we had one of our favorite events; another fun party of making rice cakes with the great people at Olutana! They prepared many things for us.
We made rice cakes using Pestle and mortar and ate them with natto, seaweed, sweet soybean flour and sugar soy sauce …They were so yaummy.
We had great time today. We can’t thank enough to the kind people of Olutana.
