Birthday Party!

今日は11月生まれのお友だちの誕生日会をしました。歌を歌ったり、成長の様子をおうちの人から話してもらったりして、素敵な時間を過ごしました。そのあとみんなが大好きなクッキングでは、マシュマロバーを作りました。
また午後からは、ショーアンドテルで『反対のもの』を持ってきてそれについてそれぞれ話しました。
「大きい　小さい」「長い　短い」「速い　遅い」「行く　止まる」などたくさんの反対の言葉を見つけました。
Today we held a party to celebrate our friends with birthdays in November. We had a wonderful time singing songs and listening to stories about our friends when they were younger. And we all cooked some marshmallow bars. They are so sweet, but we love them.
In the afternoon we had show & tell. Today’s topic was “Something Opposite”. We brought in examples of “big and small”,“long and short”, “fast and slow”, “go and stop”, …“We found so many opposites.”
